Anger can be an emotion just as healthy as
all of the others. However, for those that find themselves embroiled in
angry reactions to themselves or others, uncontrollable anger can be a
nightmare to live with!
Anger can lead to problems within
relationships, socially, at the workplace or just about anywhere where
others come into contact with you.
Learning to deal with anger can quite
simply transform your life, and those around you. A good Anger Management
program can do just that ... Put you back in control, and make your life
and the life of people around you nicer, simpler and happier.

Tom specialises in Anger Management.
He runs both individual and groups sessions and also works with companies
offering his renowned 'Anger Buster' Program

The Anger
Buster Program
In Tom's 'Anger Buster' Program you
will learn so many ways of overcoming your angry outbursts that you'll
wonder how you ever kept angry in the first place!
The 'Anger Buster' Program can be
applied to Individuals, Couples or Groups. It is regularly employed by
companies to help their employees deal with their anger and ineffective
outbursts.
What makes people
angry?
Usually, those who experience anger explain
its arousal as a result of "what has happened to them" and in
most cases the described provocations occur immediately before the anger
experience. Such explanations confirm the illusion that anger has a
discrete external cause. "You made me do it!" Recognise that?
The angry person usually finds the cause of
his or her anger in an intentional, personal, and controllable aspect of
another person's behavior. This explanation is however based on the
intuitions of the angry person who experiences a loss in self-monitoring
capacity and objective observability as a result of their emotion.

What can you do
about it?
Here's the good news!
Anger is an emotion! this means that by learning
new ways of dealing with your emotions you can control anger.
According to Leland R. Beaumont, each
instance of anger demands making a choice. A person can respond with
hostile action, including overt violence, or they can respond with hostile
inaction, such as withdrawing. Other options include
initiating a dominance contest; harboring resentment; or working to better
understand and constructively resolve the issue.
